WAM Socials are relaxed, in-person gatherings for women who want to try something new, meet people without awkward small talk, and enjoy being out in the world again.
From creative workshops and crafting, to singing, conversations and shared experiences — each month offers something different. No pressure. No expectations. Just a warm space to show up, connect, and have a good time.
WAM Socials are a community project created from something I see every single day.
Women are busy, capable, and endlessly giving — yet so many are quietly lonely, craving connection, creativity and a reason to get out that isn’t another obligation.
My work has always been about creating spaces where women feel safe to be themselves. Spaces that are human, warm and real. WAM Socials are the playful, easy-going expression of that mission.
This isn’t about fixing anyone or asking women to try harder. It’s about bringing regular, in-person connection back into our lives — the kind that happens naturally when we’re making something, singing together, sharing stories, or simply laughing around a table.
WAM Socials run as monthly gatherings, each one a little different. Some are creative and hands-on, some are about conversation and curiosity, some are just for fun. What they all share is a welcoming atmosphere where you don’t need to know anyone, be good at anything, or explain yourself.

What you can expect:
WAM is a community-led space, rooted in the belief that connection, creativity and belonging shouldn’t be luxuries — they should be part of everyday life.
If you’ve been feeling a nudge to say “what about me?” a little more often, WAM Socials are exactly what you need.

This workshop isn’t just about making candles.
It’s about slowing down, spending time together, laughing, chatting, and creating something beautiful in a way that feels nourishing rather than rushed.
Yes, you’ll make your own candles — but you’ll also choose scents and jars that you genuinely love, and design your own labels, so everything feels personal and intentional. Nothing off the shelf. Nothing generic.
It’s a hands-on, creative experience where connection happens naturally, around the table, over conversation, and through shared moments of making.
And because this is a luxurious, special day, the experience also includes a two-course sit-down lunch, cooked by me. Proper food, lovingly made, enjoyed slowly — because being cared for is part of the magic.
This workshop makes a perfect Mother’s Day gift, whether that’s time together with your mum, treating someone special, or gifting yourself a day that feels thoughtful and indulgent.

This is a relaxed, hands-on candle making experience where you’ll be guided through the process from start to finish — with plenty of time to chat, laugh and enjoy the moment.
You’ll begin by choosing your scents and glass jars from a wide range, taking time to explore what you’re drawn to. You’ll then be guided step by step through melting, blending and pouring your candles, with the option to stir in an intention if you’d like to add a little extra magic.
Prior to the workshop, you’ll be invited to design your own labels so your candles feel completely personal, considered and unique, these will be printed on the day during the workshop.
And woven through the day, you’ll also enjoy a leisurely two-course sit-down lunch, freshly prepared — because being nourished, looked after and unhurried is all part of the experience.
Not at all. This workshop is designed for beginners and the “I’ve never done anything like this” crowd. Everything is explained clearly and gently, and you’ll be supported throughout.
Absolutely. Many people do. The format makes it easy to chat and connect without awkward introductions.

An intimate, in-person experience | Limited to 6 women
If you’re a woman who gives a lot - to your business, your clients, your family, your team - you may have noticed that receiving doesn’t always come as easily. You might be successful, capable, and deeply caring… yet quietly tired of holding everything together.
This half-day experience, run by Kellie-Rose, is an invitation to step out of effort and into restoration, balance, and support - without needing to analyse, fix, or push yourself.
Biofield Tuning is a gentle, non-invasive modality that uses sound to work with the body’s natural electrical and energetic systems. Rather than talking through problems, it supports the body in releasing stress, tension patterns and restoring balance through vibration and resonance.
Most people experience it as deeply calming, grounding, and subtly transformative - even if they’ve never tried energy work before.
This experience is about:
-Releasing the need to hold it all together
- Restoring balance between giving and receiving
- Allowing your body to feel supported again
- Leaving feeling calmer, clearer and more resourced.
More info:
Biofield Tuning works with the body’s electrical communication system – the layer that operates before thought, before language, and before conscious control.
This is why it can reach places talk-based or mindset-led approaches don’t.
Using sound and vibration, Biofield Tuning helps areas of energetic static in the biofield settle and reorganise. As coherence returns to the field, the nervous system follows – breath deepens, muscles soften, and the body begins to feel safer from the inside.
The tuning forks respond to your unique frequency, acting as both mirror and guide, helping your system return to its natural rhythm rather than forcing change from the top down.
In nature, fireflies begin by flashing at random until one settles into a steady rhythm. Within moments, the whole group falls into sync. Living systems tend to organise themselves around coherence.
Your nervous system responds to sound in a similar way. When it meets a stable, consistent frequency, it gradually settles toward it. Coherence is absorbed through experience rather than effort.
After a session, clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more present in their bodies, as if their entire system has been given permission to release and rest.
This work tends to resonate most with women who:
Are high-functioning, capable, and outwardly coping, but feel internally stretched or on edge
May have already tried therapy, self-development, or nervous system tools, and still don’t feel settled in their bodies
Notice that resting doesn't come easy, calm takes effort, or their system feels like it’s always on high alert.
Are curious about body-based or energetic approaches, even if they don’t fully understand them yet
Those that are curious and open to the benefits of energy healing.

This is a gentle, nourishing workshop where you’ll be guided to create your own Mala bead necklace, infused with meaning and intention.
Led by Jax, the morning begins with a short, grounding meditation to help you tune in and choose the crystals that feel right for you. You’ll then be guided step by step through the process of creating your Mala, learning about the history, symbolism and purpose of Mala beads along the way.
This isn’t rushed or technical. It’s calm, intuitive and deeply personal.
You’ll leave with a bespoke Mala necklace, made by your own hands — something meaningful you can wear, use, or simply keep as a reminder of this time.
There’ll also be space to chat, connect, drink tea, eat lunch, and enjoy being around other like-minded people in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
More info:
Mala beads have been used for centuries as tools for meditation, intention and mindfulness. Traditionally made up of 108 beads, they’re often used to help focus the mind during breathwork or reflection.
Today, Mala beads are also worn as meaningful jewellery — a personal reminder of intention, grounding and presence. Each bead can represent a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
At their heart, Mala beads are about slowing down, tuning in, and creating something with meaning — both in the making and in how they’re used.
